Requirements

• Participate in the American Society of Hospital Pharmacist Residency Matching Program.
• Graduate from an American Council of Pharmaceutical Education accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Makes independent decisions within the purview of professional practice.
• Practices good personal and human relation skills using tact, courtesy and firmness at all times.
• Develops good working relations with other hospital employees and creates a favorable image of Lurie Children’s Hospital in the eyes of patients, visitors and the general public.
• Must have data entry skills or ability to learn computer data entry.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write, type, and speak in English.
