About The Position

Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is seeking a Pharmacy Program Manager Clinical to plan, develop, and execute ongoing programs that impact a significant segment of the organization. This role offers a hybrid opportunity with a Monday-Friday day shift schedule, requiring no weekends or holidays. Responsibilities include education for pharmacy employees, developing compliance and competency training, maintaining the pharmacy intranet, creating a compliance newsletter, and performing administrative duties such as managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Success in this position requires attention to detail, the ability to collaborate effectively, and creativity.

Requirements

  • Must be a Certified Pharmacy Technician through either PTCB or NHA.
  • Must have a TN Pharmacy Technician License.
  • 3 years of relevant experience is required.
