About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a Pharmacy Order Selector to pick individual pieces of pharmacy merchandise for store orders. The role involves reading order details on a tablet or RF unit, selecting merchandise, and placing it into totes or boxes while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and safe work practices. The employee may work in other warehouse areas or functions as needed and may cross-train in other warehouse duties. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Read store orders from a tablet or RF unit, including item locations, descriptions, and quantities.
• Select the required merchandise and place it into a tote or box.
• Move totes or boxes weighing up to 30–50 pounds regularly, using safe lifting techniques.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy when selecting merchandise.
• Work efficiently and effectively on pick lines with 10 or more other employees.
• Maintain performance at 100% or greater of the applicable standards.
• Keep work zones clean at the end of each shift.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
• Cross-train in other warehouse duties as necessary.
• Comply with CVS Health warehouse policies and procedures and DEA regulations.
