About The Position

The Pharmacy Operations Rep. works in an onsite, climate-controlled pharmacy operations facility in Orlando, Florida. The role performs inventory tasks related to receiving, stocking, and replenishing products accurately and efficiently, supporting a facility that delivers to patients each week. The position involves working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and communicating with teammates and other departments.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Responsibilities include handling incoming products, maintaining inventory, using material-handling equipment and scanners, entering data, and keeping the warehouse and workstations clean. The role requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds and perform repetitive physical activities.

Requirements

• Basic math, organization, and computer skills.
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, and type in English.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to complete repetitive motions, including bending, squatting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and hand motions.

Nice To Haves

• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stage products for receiving.
• Unpack and evaluate incoming products safely for correct count and condition.
• Pick and place inventory accurately and efficiently as directed by a handheld scanner.
• Maintain bin and shelf inventory, including shelf counts and expired-product audits.
• Safely operate material-handling equipment and hand tools, including forklifts, manual and electric pallet jacks, carts, dollies, and box cutters.
• Communicate effectively with the team and other departments using a radio.
• Enter data accurately using computers and scanners.
• Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse and workstations.
