About The Position

The Pharmacy Operations Representative helps maintain smooth productivity in pharmacy operations. The role handles package sorting and preparation, supports shipping and trailer loading activities, monitors automation and printing processes, communicates with vendors when needed, and collaborates with coworkers to maintain productivity, quality, and a clean workstation. The scheduled shift is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Tempe, Arizona location.

Requirements

2–3 years of relevant experience.
Intermediate office equipment skills.
Ability to understand mathematical conversions.
Detail-oriented, with close attention to accuracy.
Ability to establish rapport, present information, and respond to questions effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to resolve problems quickly and develop favorable solutions.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Sort packages onto the correct carrier pallets.
Wrap pallets as needed.
Order supplies.
Load and offload trailers.
Ensure automation is running smoothly.
Ensure packages reach the carrier in a timely manner.
Perform related duties as required.
Ensure the address prints correctly on each package.
Communicate with vendors via email when needed.
Ensure all bags are correctly sealed and printers are accurately loaded with the correct paper.
Collaborate with coworkers to share best practices while maintaining productivity and quality standards.
Keep the workstation clean at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned.
