About The Position

Join WIS International as a Pharmacy Inventory Associate in the greater Milwaukee Metro area. This part-time role involves partnering with healthcare professionals to accurately count inventory of medical devices and/or medications using handheld scanners. No prior inventory experience is required, as comprehensive training is provided. The position emphasizes an active work environment, attention to detail, and rewards hard work with performance-based pay increases and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

  • At least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
  • Complies with all healthcare and pharmacy customer standards, including screening requirements, PPE requirements, and confidentiality requirements.
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using handheld technology.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the LA County FCO and the California Fair Chance Act.

Nice To Haves

  • Retail, stocking, merchandising, warehouse, customer service, cashier, delivery driver, gamer, athlete, coaches, and general labor experience are all valuable backgrounds.
  • Opportunity to become a paid driver – certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at inventory events, capturing part numbers, serial numbers, NDCS, and expiration dates of medical devices and/or medication.
  • Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
  • Travel to retail locations.

  • Achieve established average per hour (APH) counting goals while ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Communicate information clearly and accurately, verbally and in written form, in a positive manner.
  • Complete pharmacy and hospital training certification as required.
  • Create partnerships and instill trust and confidence.
  • Take initiative to explore and suggest new approaches that can impact quality and/or quantity of job performance.
  • Assist with events in healthcare and retail settings as needed.
