About The Position
The Pharmacy Grad Intern supports Walmart pharmacy operations and helps provide customer care and clinical services in a community pharmacy setting. The role offers hands-on experience for a pharmacy graduate, with a focus on patient well-being, customer health, safety, and compliance with legal and company policies. Responsibilities include protecting confidential information, helping process prescription and over-the-counter orders, assisting patients in navigating clinical therapies, and receiving and stocking merchandise and supplies. The position also involves maintaining inventory and the pharmacy area and participating in community activities and outreach.
Requirements
- Be enrolled in the final year at an accredited pharmacy school.
- Demonstrate proficiency in pharmaceutical care and implementing best practices.
- Have the ability to foster relationships with customers and the pharmacy team.
- Be capable of responding to individual patient needs.
- Commit to following HIPAA and PHI guidelines.

Responsibilities
