About The Position

The Iowa Primary Care Association is recruiting a full-time Pharmacy Director to oversee 340B pharmacy services and patient care at a community health center (FQHC) in Des Moines, Iowa. The position is based within the organization's Wellness Center and serves a range of patients, from children to older adults. The center uses PDX as its EHR, with a planned transition to Liberty.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and is 40 hours per week. The stated base salary range is $124,000–$197,500, depending on experience; relocation options are available.

The FQHC provides integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and pharmacy services to underserved communities and populations, often under one roof.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of Iowa.
• At least 5 years of pharmacy experience required.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
