Pharmacy Director
About The Position
The Practice Site Pharmacy Director helps improve and develop systems and processes that support AHF’s services and enhance patient care. The role contributes to pharmacy locations by bringing forward best-practice ideas and supporting consistent application of organizational processes, procedures, and policies. The position involves collaboration with colleagues and team members, sharing ideas, learning, training, networking, and attending assigned internal and external meetings, conferences, training sessions, AHF events, and community events. The role is expected to follow AHF’s mission and core values, provide high-quality and competent care, deliver courteous and compassionate service, and demonstrate professionalism, honesty, and integrity. Strong customer service is essential. The employee contributes to a positive client experience through warm welcomes, active listening, genuine interest, strong relationships, ongoing commitments, and service that goes beyond basic compliance.
