About The Position

This part-time position is based in Rochester, New York, and requires up to six weeks of training at the corporate office during the listed availability hours. After training is completed, the position is fully work from home. Shifts include evenings and weekends, with times varying between 8:30 a.m. and 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, and 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday. The role answers customer calls, works with store pharmacies, and supports accurate, productive service while complying with privacy and other regulations.

Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical and computer skills, including the ability to learn new applications quickly.

Nice To Haves

One or more years of pharmacy technician experience.
Experience working in a call center environment.
Experience handling medical or insurance-related inquiries.
Proficiency with EnterpriseRx.

Responsibilities

Answer a high volume of incoming calls and assist customers by providing accurate information and answering questions.
Communicate with store pharmacies to gather, verify, and provide customer and order information.
Contribute to team performance by achieving call and productivity goals.
Balance competing responsibilities and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Follow company policies and comply with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations when handling customer information.
