Requirements

• Ability to obtain a Florida Pharmacy Technician Registration within 6 months of hire (Paid training and study support provided)
• Experience in pharmacy, customer service, retail, call center, warehouse, OR manufacturing
• Ability to stand/walk the entire shift
• Ability to lift 25–35 lbs, bend, twist, reach frequently
• Ability to work at heights up to 20 ft
• Full-time onsite availability at the Orlando facility

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in pharmacy dispensing
• Strong communication skills & problem-solving mindset
• Strong critical thinking and initiative
• Basic to moderate Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage medication inventory
• Label and prepare medications
• Assist with fulfilling prescription orders
• Operate or support automated medication‑dispensing equipment
• Help maintain smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced pharmacy environment
