About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Sales, the Pharmacy Account Executive is responsible for selling to key accounts in the designated Sales Region to meet sales goals in that territory. As an Account Executive, Revenue Growth you are responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities within our existing network of customers as well as prospective targeted accounts. Your primary focus will be to introduce our current customers and prospects to new products and services along with strengthening our relationships with our customers. You will identify and proactively engage in business and sales opportunities to achieve identified objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in Healthcare or Pharmacy sales.
  • Experience making outbound calls to generate sales with small-medium service based companies.
  • Ability to engage customers as you build relationships quickly and effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Post-secondary diploma/degree.
  • Comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, and closing sales over the phone.
  • Experience at conducting needs analysis.
  • Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone and email.
  • Post launch work with Account Managers to ensure consistent value is delivered to the customer and potential for up sell is realized.
  • Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation.
  • Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities to customers by leveraging detailed knowledge and understanding of PointClickCare’s products, programs, and services.
  • Manage and resolve moderate and complex transactions and transactional operations and issues.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans, establishing and managing through detailed action items to drive profitable revenue growth.
  • May be assigned to highly strategic customer accounts which may also consist of high revenue base and may assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Reps.
