About The Position

We’re Blanka, a cutting-edge platform that empowers salons, spas, and entrepreneurs to launch their own branded product line in minutes. We’re on the hunt for a relationship-driven, beauty-obsessed Account Executive to help grow our wholesale business by building and managing a strong pipeline of salon and spa clients. As our Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the growth of Blanka’s wholesale channel. Half of your time will be spent managing and converting inbound leads from salons and spas. The other half is yours to build: sourcing your own leads and developing a proactive outbound engine to expand our presence across North America. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product education to sampling, closing, and early account nurturing. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for someone who thrives in a mix of structured and scrappy environments, and who understands how salons and spas operate.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in sales, account management, or business development.
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience for pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and relationship-building abilities.
  • Motivated, curious, and highly proactive.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

  • Engage, qualify, and convert inbound salon and spa leads into active wholesale accounts. Proactively follow up via phone, text, email, and social media to keep conversations moving.
  • Identify, research, and reach out to salons and spas to build your own pipeline of wholesale partners.
  • Develop strong, trust-based connections with salon owners, spa directors, managers, and buyers through thoughtful and persistent engagement.
  • Educate prospects on Blanka’s private-label platform, product assortment, and sampling programs, helping them see how launching their own product line can grow their business.
  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from first contact to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date pipeline and provide reliable forecasting using HubSpot.
  • Attend beauty events, tradeshows, and local industry gatherings to build brand awareness and connect with potential partners.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to ensure new accounts are successfully launched and supported.
  • Bring real-time feedback from salon and spa owners back to the team to inform product development, marketing strategies, and sales playbooks.

Benefits

  • Base salary of CA$55,000 to CA$70,000, with On-Target Earnings (OTE) of CA$80,000 to CA$100,000 through uncapped commission.
