We’re on the hunt for a relationship-driven, beauty-obsessed Account Executive to help grow our wholesale business by building and managing a strong pipeline of salon and spa clients. As our Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for the growth of Blanka’s wholesale channel. Half of your time will be spent managing and converting inbound leads from salons and spas. The other half is yours to build: sourcing your own leads and developing a proactive outbound engine to expand our presence across North America. You’ll own the full sales cycle, from discovery and product education to sampling, closing, and early account nurturing. This is a hands-on, relationship-focused role for someone who thrives in a mix of structured and scrappy environments, and who understands how salons and spas operate.
