About The Position

The Pharmacist checks and verifies prescriptions, provides customer service, interacts with physicians, and manages pharmacy personnel. The role executes common store processes and supports pharmacy operations in achieving planned business objectives. It upholds service standards for counseling, dispensing, pricing, licensing, inventory management, and record keeping, while satisfying Pharmacist-in-Charge requirements. The Pharmacist ensures work is performed efficiently and effectively at each station by completing quality assurance steps. The role also provides leadership through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and recognition for pharmacy staff, and partners with management to implement store programs that support sales objectives and increase prescription volume.

Requirements

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD.
• Active pharmacy license in the state where the job is located, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Strong commitment to customer service and willingness to provide clinical services, such as immunizations and health screenings.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Flexible work schedule.

• Provide honest feedback, coaching, mentoring, and recognition to Pharmacy staff.
• Partner with management to implement store programs that help meet sales objectives and increase prescription volume.
