About The Position
Merchant & Gould, a leading intellectual property law firm, is looking for an experienced attorney to join their Chemical & Life Sciences practice group. This is a hybrid role, open to candidates in any of their office locations. The position involves supporting an active ANDA litigation practice, with a focus on Paragraph IV ANDA litigation.
Requirements
- Pre-2022 law school graduate
- 2+ years of Paragraph IV ANDA litigation experience
