About The Position

At Tribe Wellness Sales, we’re on a mission to help pets live longer, healthier lives through supplements that actually deliver. This role, called a Protocol Review Specialist internally, is crucial because many pet owners lack the guidance to effectively use products. You will be the key to ensuring pets receive better health, owners gain confidence, and our mission progresses. You will transform purchases into positive outcomes for pets and their owners.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starters, motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written skills, with top-notch communication skills and a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment required for frequent phone and video calls.
• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer, with a working mic, camera, and a headset.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred.
• Sufficient dedicated internet speed to support calls and video without issues (Minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload of dedicated bandwidth, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%).

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for a pet client company.
• Work with a broad range of potential customers, converting prospects into brand loyalists.
• Leverage training resources to master selling techniques and represent Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, offering limitless earning potential.
• Work from home in a global remote environment.
• Adhere to high ethical sales standards, complying with FTC regulations and avoiding unsubstantiated claims.
• Partner with brands that prioritize product quality and adhere to strict FDA regulations.

Benefits

• Hourly + Commission pay structure (US sales reps earn minimum wage, 4% - 12% commission of net sales).
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission pay structure (US sales reps earn a guaranteed draw, 14% - 17% commission of net sales or 20% - 25% of gross).
