About The Position

Dogtopia, a leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is seeking an energetic, organized, and business-minded Pet Parent Coordinator. This role serves as the primary point of contact for pet parents and their dogs. The focus is on building connections, greeting everyone, answering questions, managing check-ins/check-outs, and informing pet parents about daycare packages and memberships. Requirements

Must love dogs.
Must be 18+.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-starter, flexible, high level of integrity, action and goal-oriented.
Energetic, proactive, and a creative problem solver.
Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
Roll up your sleeves type of person, willing to do what is needed.
Committed to the success of the team.
1-2 years in a sales or customer service-related role.
Previous sales experience (preference for prior work in a sales quota structure).
Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
High school diploma required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person.
Check pups in and out of daycare.
Share information about daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents.
Manage leashed dogs during the check-in process.
Jump in whenever and wherever is needed to support the team and business growth.
Assist the General Manager in growing the business.
