About The Position

Dogtopia, a leader in dog daycare, boarding, and spa services, is seeking an energetic, organized, and business-minded Pet Parent Coordinator. This role is the primary point of contact for pet parents and involves making connections with them and their dogs. Responsibilities include greeting individuals, answering questions, checking dogs in and out, and informing pet parents about daycare packages and memberships. Must love dogs.
Must be 18+ years old.

Functional computer skills required – MS Office basic programs (word, excel), Internet, Basic computer program software use.
High school diploma required.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

Greet everyone who walks in or out of Dogtopia.
Answer Pet Parent questions over the phone and in person.
Check pups in and out of daycare.
Share information about our daycare packages and memberships with Pet Parents.
Jump in whenever and wherever is needed to support the team and business growth.
Manage leashed dogs during the check-in process.
