About The Position

Bark & Mane Mobile Pet Grooming is hiring a Pet Groomer to provide luxury, one-on-one grooming care to pets in clients’ driveways. Groomers work independently in professionally equipped mobile grooming vans and focus on each pet’s comfort, safety, and individual needs. The company describes a manageable daily schedule of approximately 4–6 dogs, with groomers able to decline aggressive dogs while still receiving pay for that appointment. The vans include air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water, and provide a spacious, cage-free workspace without requiring external hookups. In-house concierge and fleet teams support scheduling and van maintenance so groomers can focus on grooming. The role is offered by an independently operated Bark & Mane franchisee, which is responsible for employment decisions and compensation.

Requirements

Experience as a groomer; no degree is required.
