About The Position
At Bark & Mane, we’re creating a calmer, more supportive way to groom with one-on-one appointments, a luxury mobile spa, and a team that values your talent as much as your clients do. We offer a 4-day work week with schedule flexibility, independence, paid ongoing grooming and mentorship opportunities, and a potential annual training seminar. We provide a fully equipped Mercedes-Benz Van, fuel, tools, and supplies. Our custom-designed mobile pet grooming vans come equipped with air conditioning, heating, electricity, and water—without the need for external hookups. We prioritize eco-friendliness and provide a spacious, comfortable environment for pets to move freely, allowing groomers to focus on each pet’s individual needs. At Bark & Mane, we offer a 100% cage-free, one-on-one grooming experience—all in the convenience of our clients' driveways. Our mission is to improve the lives of pets and their families through loving, expert grooming care delivered right to their door. Our groomers provide a stress-free, one-on-one experience that prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being. Requirements
- No degree is required; we are looking for groomers with experience.
- A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- A team player with great customer service and communication skills.
- A clean driving record is a must.
Responsibilities
- Focus on providing luxury one-on-one care to pups daily while working independently in our grooming vans.
- Enjoy the ongoing support of our in-house concierge and fleet teams that handle scheduling and van maintenance so you can groom.
- Fall in love with grooming with a manageable daily schedule while focusing on safety and quality with every appointment.
- Provide a stress-free, one-on-one experience that prioritizes each pet’s comfort, safety, and well-being.
