About The Position

Animal Hospital at Baldwin Park is Hiring a Pet Care Attendant! Klondike Kennels is searching for someone who is enthusiastic about animals and ready to join a supportive, fun-loving team. Requirements

• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, even when the weather is not perfect
• Must be able to walk large dogs (50 lbs+)
• Ability to handle a variety of breeds and sizes, from tiny house cats and Chihuahuas to big Great Danes with confidence
• A deep love for pets and a willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• An animal care background is desired

Responsibilities

• Exercising and engaging with dogs
• Monitoring canine health and behavior for any changes
• Observing cats for any signs they’ve mastered world domination (or just ensuring they’re content and healthy)
• Maintaining a clean environment because pets love a good, tidy space just as much as we do
