About The Position

Peachtree Pest Control, an Anticimex company, is hiring a Pest Control Service Professional to provide pest management services to homes and businesses. The role involves inspecting properties, performing treatments, recommending preventive solutions, and educating customers while building long-term relationships through honest, professional service. The position contributes to healthier and safer environments in the communities served. This is a full-time, year-round, in-person position serving an assigned route. The posting specifies availability Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. The role includes physical work in varying weather and restricted-access spaces, operation of a company vehicle, and compliance with company safety procedures.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Availability Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Ability to carry, position, and climb ladders while performing service duties.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, squat, twist, reach overhead, and maintain mobility throughout the workday.
Ability to work in confined spaces, including crawl spaces, attics, and other restricted-access areas.
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical activities for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to frequently lift and handle equipment and materials above shoulder level.
Ability to maintain visual acuity necessary to inspect, identify, and treat pest-related issues.
Ability to complete required medical evaluations, including respirator clearance evaluations when applicable.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Inspect homes and businesses to identify pest concerns and contributing conditions.
Perform pest management treatments according to company standards and industry regulations.
Recommend preventative solutions to help customers avoid future pest issues.
Travel throughout an assigned service area to complete scheduled appointments.
Educate customers on treatment plans, findings, and best practices.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Deliver outstanding customer service and professional communication at every interaction.
Operate a company vehicle and drive an established service route.
Safely use hand tools, application equipment, and other job-related devices.
Wear required personal protective equipment and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
