About The Position

Fox Pest Control is hiring a full-time Pest Control Service Manager to lead a branch team, uphold company values, and support pest-control operations. The role involves participation in technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational aspects of the industry. The manager works with the Branch Manager and other service managers to support smooth operations, oversees and develops technicians, and leads a multi-level staff of 10 or more. Fox Pest Control, founded in 2012, operates in more than 30 locations across 15 states and emphasizes lasting relationships, leadership development, and customer service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Understanding of industry standards and state and federal regulations.
• Exceptional customer service and customer retention abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills, including route management.
• Ability to handle a wide variety of duties.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the pest control or lawn care industry is strongly preferred.
• Previous sales management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and integrate Fox Pest Control’s core values into branch operations.
• Engage in technical, route, sales, administrative, and operational management across the pest control industry.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager and other service managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate technicians to maintain high service standards.
• Develop and implement company policies and procedures.
• Lead, coach, and counsel a multi-level staff of 10 or more individuals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the branch.
