About The Position

Mollica IT is seeking innovative professionals to join their team as SAP SD Consultants, with 5 openings available for both Mid-level (Pleno) and Senior professionals experienced in AMS support for SAP users. The role involves functional support of the SAP SD module, aiding in the evolution of Sales, Billing, and Brazil Localization processes, as well as participating in implementations, improvements, and initiatives for business process optimization.

Requirements

Experience acting as an SAP SD Consultant
Experience in AMS support for SAP user attendance
Knowledge of the Solman tool
Knowledge in MM and LES-TRA
Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
Good negotiation skills
Mandatory SAP Certification
Mandatory Graduation completed in IT
For Senior Profile: Knowledge in FI
For Senior Profile: Knowledge in ABAP for reading and creating functional specifications

Responsibilities

Act in the functional support of the SAP SD module
Attend SAP users in an AMS support environment
Perform configuration and maintenance of the SAP SD module
Suggest process improvements
Interact with business areas to gather requirements
Participate in implementations, rollouts, or improvements
Document processes and implemented solutions
Work integrated with MM, LES_TRA, and FI modules
Work with Sales, Billing, and Brazil Localization processes
Support Brazil Localization processes (NFE), Order-to-Cash (O2C), sales order creation, delivery, and billing
Assist in the analysis and resolution of medium and high complexity tickets (incidents and requests)
Perform functional tests (unit and integrated)
Design complete solutions for the SAP SD module
Define functional architecture and best practices
Solve complex problems and unstructured scenarios
