We are looking for SAP ABAP HCM Consultants - Remote for our client, NTTDATA, to work on projects in the Banking area. These are Junior and Mid-level positions. Requirements

  • Solid experience with ABAP development.
  • Knowledge/experience in SAP HCM.
  • Experience with development of reports, ALV, interfaces, enhancements, BADIs, and user-exits.
  • Knowledge in technical analysis, debugging, performance tuning, and incident resolution.
  • Experience with creation and maintenance of technical documentation.
  • Ability to work together with functional and business teams.
  • Good communication, organization, and autonomy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Payroll (PY) and/or Time Management (PT) submodules.
  • Knowledge in integrations via IDoc, RFC, BAPI, Web Services, or APIs.
  • Experience with SAP HCM infotypes and HR process logic.
  • Knowledge in SAP Fiori or integrations with more recent technologies.
  • Experience in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish desirable.
  • Experience in AMS / maintenance projects.
  • Experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, personnel administration, and organizational management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support SAP ABAP solutions with a focus on SAP HCM processes.
  • Act in the collection and analysis of technical and functional requirements with business areas and functional consultants.
  • Develop and support: ABAP reports, interfaces, enhancements, user-exits / BADIs, Smartforms / SAPScript / Adobe Forms, batch programs, conversions, and integrations.
  • Work with objects and structures related to HCM submodules, such as: PA (Personnel Administration), OM (Organizational Management), PY (Payroll) – desirable, PT (Time Management) – desirable.
  • Perform corrections, evolutionary improvements, and incident support.
  • Ensure technical quality, documentation, and testing of deliverables.
  • Support integrations between SAP HCM and legacy or third-party systems.
  • Participate in implementation, rollout, improvement, and maintenance projects.
