About The Position

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Personnel Resource Analyst to join our team in Oahu, Hawaii. This role involves coordinating and monitoring personnel resource data to support efficient organizational operations, preparing personnel coordination artifacts, maintaining records of manning levels, and verifying resource reports. The analyst will monitor personnel consumption metrics, coordinate staff rotations, draft and maintain personnel resource coordination documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific, prepare manning artifacts for senior review, and monitor personnel actions at regional mission-support sites. The position also involves assisting in identifying resource gaps and recommending priority personnel allocations to sustain theater readiness, and taking direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
  • 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to draft technical personnel documentation and follow established SOPs.
  • Must hold an active Secret clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
  • Professional certification in HR or Management or a related field.
  • Experience using automated personnel management systems or specialized manpower databases.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and monitors the day-to-day analysis of personnel resource data to support efficient organizational operations.
  • Prepare personnel coordination artifacts, maintain accurate records of manning levels, and verify that all Resource Reports meet established SOPs.
  • Monitor personnel consumption metrics and coordinate with internal departments to ensure the accurate tracking of staff rotations and assignments.
  • Drafts and maintains personnel resource coordination documentation for Special Operations infrastructure in the Pacific.
  • Prepare manning artifacts for senior review and monitor the status of ongoing personnel actions at regional mission-support sites.
  • Assist in identifying resource gaps and recommend priority personnel allocations to sustain theater readiness.
  • Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
