Requirements

  • Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and two years of related experience required.
  • Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community.
  • Ability to follow all university policies, procedures, and guidelines including but not limited to safety, civility, information security, and non-discrimination policies and procedures.
  • Ability to contribute to a "vision of excellence."

Nice To Haves

  • Prior CSU experience preferred.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supports all Human Resources activities in the areas of Recruitment, Classification, Compensation, Performance Evaluations, Leaves and other related HR functions. Processes required paperwork and adheres to established guidelines.
  • Oversight of student recruitment and compensation processes.
