About The Position

The Personal Training Director in Training is a leadership-development position responsible for learning and executing the full scope of the Personal Training Director role while continuing to personally service Personal Training clients. The position supports the Personal Training Director in leading the Personal Training department at an assigned club location, developing trainers, supporting revenue and enrollment performance, and delivering an exceptional member experience while building the leadership, business, and operational capabilities needed to advance to Personal Training Director.
