Personal Support Assistant (PSA) / Caregiver - 24/7 Live-In

Personal Support Assistants/Caregivers provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community. Requirements
- Person-centered, patient, and kind
- Dependable, adaptable, flexible
- Observant and detail oriented

- Computer skills for documentation
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, and communication skills)

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in a residential setting.
- Provide personal and companion care.
- Enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in their home setting as well as out in the community.
- Provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community.
- Coach, mentor & encourage others to reach their goals.
- Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
