Personal Support Assistant (PSA) / Caregiver - 24/7 Live-In
About The Position
Dungarvin is seeking motivated, high-quality caregivers to work directly as Personal Support Assistants in a residential setting. This live-in position involves providing personal and companion care to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities, aiming to enhance their quality of life. The role requires compassionate and caring individuals who desire to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives, enjoying coaching, mentoring, and encouraging others to reach their goals. As a Personal Support Assistant/Caregiver, you will provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community.
Requirements
- Person-centered, patient, and kind

- Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
- Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
- Computer skills for documentation
- 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license required (due to transporting persons served)
- Candidates must be comfortable driving to transport persons served as required
- Good communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
- Successful background clearance

Responsibilities
- Provide assistance in a residential setting.

- Document care, follow support plans, and collaborate with both internal and external team members.
