About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with products and services. Working on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues start their day by preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and bestsellers, and staying informed about trends and promotions. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and create friendly conversations that build relationships. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and selected merchandise returns to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and conclude interactions with a sincere thank-you. The role also involves supporting teammates, improving performance, and contributing to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
