About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Working on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role also involves keeping the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain a shoppable space through merchandising and other merchandise-support tasks, share loyalty-program benefits, and provide a sincere closing interaction. Teamwork, ongoing improvement, and achieving individual and store results are central to the role. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
