About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire customer loyalty. The role is focused on selling and customer engagement, not just cashiering, and includes helping keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and maintain a shoppable sales floor by merchandising merchandise, processing damages, testers, and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and availability.
