Personal Stylist Support - Burlington
About The Position
The Personal Stylist Support candidate is motivated, results oriented, and committed to providing outstanding customer service every day. The role supports salespeople throughout the selling process, prepares customer fitting rooms with selected merchandise, supports team goals, and builds positive relationships. It also involves daily department maintenance, including stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning. The role requires continuous movement for 6–8 hours per shift, frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching to handle merchandise and assist customers. It involves frequent hand use for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling; handling bulky or awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting them above the head; and regularly lifting up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds. The listed hourly pay range is $19.00–$29.75. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses. Benefit eligibility may depend on location, job level, classification, and length of employment. Responsibilities
