About The Position

The Personal Stylist Support role supports a salesperson in all aspects of the selling process and helps provide outstanding customer service. The position includes preparing customer fitting rooms with salesperson-selected merchandise, supporting team goals, building positive relationships, and completing daily department maintenance such as stock work, re-merchandising, displays, price markdowns, merchandise transfers, and light cleaning. The role involves continuous movement and handling merchandise throughout a 6–8-hour shift.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers.
Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer concerns positively and proactively and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move continuously for 6–8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching.
Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling.
Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, including reaching and lifting items above the head.
Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
