About The Position
The Personal Stylist Selling Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. The role helps create memorable customer experiences and works both on-site and through online platforms. The position reports to the assigned Personal Stylist.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing POS transactions and merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Complete post-appointment follow-up, including order tracking, alterations, and thank-you notes.
- Help organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for Top Clients.
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information.
- Support digital selling and the stylist's social media presence.
- Return all unsold merchandise to stock.
- Ensure fitting rooms are clean, using housekeeping and maintenance services.
