About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, the Personal Stylist combines results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. The role involves learning customers’ needs, offering personalized recommendations, connecting them with products and services, and building trust and loyalty while meeting sales goals. The colleague may work on the sales floor or in fitting rooms and helps keep the shopping environment clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a thoughtful closing to each interaction. Teamwork, dependable attendance, adaptability, and ongoing learning support individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
