As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, the Personal Stylist combines results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. The role involves understanding customers’ needs, offering personalized recommendations, connecting them with products and services, and using product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and inspire loyalty. The colleague may assist customers on the sales floor or in fitting rooms and helps maintain a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. Colleagues review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and engage customers through warm, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled to work 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, along with dependable attendance and punctuality.
