This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper participates in sales and marketing events and works towards meeting Membership goals. They are also responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, the role involves fulfilling Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), ensuring accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The Personal Shopper completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and identifying priorities. They provide excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting products. The role requires compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, and strengthening the team through development and recognition. It also involves acting with integrity, serving customers and members by putting them first, making decisions based on reliable information, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
