This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. They are responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, they fulfill Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), ensuring accuracy and member satisfaction. The position involves completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and adapting to change. A key aspect is providing excellent Member service by identifying needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The role also requires compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and a commitment to fostering a culture of belonging, teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. Associates are expected to put the customer first, make decisions based on reliable information, and strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and driving improvements.
