This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts. The Personal Shopper also participates in sales and marketing events, aiming to meet Membership goals. They are responsible for maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards and procedures. Additionally, they fulfill Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), ensuring accuracy and timely preparation of items for member pickup. The position involves completing work assignments by using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with others, and identifying priorities. A key aspect of the role is providing excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The Personal Shopper must comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, acting with integrity, serving customers and members, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
