This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales events to meet Membership goals. The Personal Shopper is also responsible for maintaining facility safety, fulfilling Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), completing work assignments efficiently, and providing excellent Member service. They must comply with company policies, promote a culture of respect and integrity, and contribute to the company's goal of becoming a regenerative company. The role involves putting the customer first, making decisions based on reliable information, and striving for excellence through continuous improvement and learning.
