This role focuses on supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. The position also involves maintaining facility safety, fulfilling Member orders (Fax n Pull and Click n Pull), completing work assignments efficiently, and providing excellent Member service.
