About The Position

The Personal Shopper, also referred to as a Digital Clerk, fulfills customers’ online curbside orders and helps create a smooth, friendly pickup experience. The role involves receiving order workflows through a dashboard, shopping throughout the store, verifying and bagging products, staging orders, and providing service at the curbside pickup area. The position also supports store operations as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
Able to follow procedures efficiently and consistently.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail experience preferred.
Past cashier experience preferred.
Past online ordering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Fulfill online orders accurately and efficiently, and collect payment as part of the carside pickup experience.
Greet customers courteously in person and by phone, and respond to their questions and needs.
Maintain positive working relationships with customers, store team members, and leadership.
Resolve customer concerns promptly, partnering with leadership when needed.
Receive daily workflows through a dashboard and fulfill orders throughout the shift.
Select items throughout the store, scan and verify products, and bag them according to bagging standards.
Store and stage orders correctly while following food safety guidelines.
Keep the curbside area clean, neat, and ready for the next pickup.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
