About The Position

Sam's Club is hiring a Personal Shopper for its new Katy, Texas location. As part of the founding team, the associate will help establish the club's member experience and culture. The role focuses on fulfilling member pickup orders accurately and efficiently by gathering, scanning, wrapping, and staging merchandise. It also includes promoting Membership benefits and upgrades, supporting sales events, assisting members, and following safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing merchandise.
• Ensure orders and invoices are accurate and secure items until members arrive for pickup.
• Follow up on out-of-stock merchandise and communicate substitutions to meet member needs.
• Process Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
• Promote Sam's Club products, services, and Membership benefits to help meet Membership goals.
• Acknowledge members, identify their needs, assist with purchasing decisions, and resolve issues and concerns.
• Conduct safety sweeps and follow forklift spotting procedures and hazardous material handling guidelines.
• Follow company steel standard guidelines and correct and report unsafe situations to management.
