Holman Insurance Services is currently accepting applications for the position of Personal Lines Sales Agent. The primary responsibility is to engage key personnel at Holman auto dealerships to create and enhance awareness of Holman Insurance Services' benefits. This involves marketing activities, developing prospect lists, and following up on leads. The role requires assessing personal lines insurance needs (auto, home, property, excess liability, life), developing quotes, and presenting them in a consultative, needs-based approach focusing on value. The agent will generate new business applications for Property and Casualty insurance, ensuring timely submission to carriers, and adhere to underwriting guidelines. Responsibilities include answering questions about coverage, provisions, discounts, and pricing. The agent will work with the management team to achieve premium and retention targets, act as a brand ambassador, and interact with other account representatives and customer service personnel. Assisting with client service needs such as policy changes, billing questions, and claims inquiries is also part of the role.
