About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Agent to join a growing team. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to the success of a well-established agency specializing in homeowners and other personal lines insurance.

Requirements

Must hold a valid 440, 2044, or 220 insurance license.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in homeowners insurance.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to proprietary software systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address their insurance needs.
Focus on selling homeowners and other personal lines insurance policies.
Work with a quoting team to finalize quotes before presenting them to clients.
Pass off sold accounts to the appropriate team for ongoing management.
Maintain a professional and organized approach to daily tasks and client interactions.
