About The Position

Seeking a motivated and dedicated Personal Lines Risk Advisor to act as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in identifying, assessing, and managing personal lines insurance risks. This role involves leveraging expertise in insurance to provide tailored recommendations, ensuring comprehensive protection for homes, vehicles, and personal assets. Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, Risk Advisor, or a similar role in the personal lines insurance industry.
  • Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting guidelines, and risk management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to analyze complex information and offer sound recommendations to meet client needs.
  • Proficient in using insurance CRM systems and tools, as well as basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their unique insurance needs and offering comprehensive risk management solutions.
  • Identify, assess, and evaluate personal risk factors to recommend appropriate personal lines insurance coverage.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products, policy options, and coverage benefits.
  • Collaborate with underwriters to prepare and present personalized insurance quotes.
  • Manage the sales process from initial engagement to policy delivery, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Conduct annual insurance reviews to identify changes in circumstances and recommend coverage adjustments.
  • Stay informed on market trends, insurance products, and regulatory requirements to provide up-to-date advice on risks and solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of correspondence, application documents, and client interactions as per company policies.
  • Act as a liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to efficiently and accurately address inquiries, claims, or policy changes.
