About The Position
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines production, with a proven track record of building and maintaining a profitable book of business.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production, either in an independent agency or captive environment.
- Proven sales and new-business development skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a profitable book of business.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations to better serve clients.
