About The Position

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with 3–5 years of production experience, and a proven track record in sales and new-business development.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production (preferred)
• Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
• Proven ability to generate new business and meet sales targets
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client satisfaction
• Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to better serve clients
